{Haiti Calling}

I recently came back from another service trip to Haiti. I am thankful to have the opportunity to go meet with friends and brothers and sisters in Christ there and see the amazing work they are doing caring for orphans, widows and their neighbors.

Over the next few weeks I will be sharing pictures I took while there and telling you stories of some of the people I have met over the last two trips and the ways they are caring, feeding, disciplining and providing water as well as encouragement to those around them.

With so much going on, once they review the images I have captured, they realize how many sweet moments they missed because their focus was on something else.

Summer is not complete without taking in a few baseball games!

I had the privilege to provide services for the McPherson Attack team. A group of great boys and coaches helping them learn the game and grow into great young men.

It was a beautiful day for a wedding, barn reception and quick family session with the herd in the pasture! I love this family and they were a joy to photograph together!

It was so much fun to shoot a session for my son's TaeKwonDo academy. The order just came in from my amazing lab and I can't wait to deliver these awesome products to the studio today.

I was honored to be asked to photograph several groups from the music department at my alma mater. The students were fantastic!

Every event I do, I learn and grow. These events in particular really challenged my lighting knowledge and techniques. I need to work on shooting well with stage lighting for sure!
